The
Heavy Duty CTC Roller Inspection Bench has been
specially designed for easy inspection of CTC
Rollers for proper meshing with each other, which is
most essential for good CTC tea production.

The
unit is mounted on four swivelling castor wheels and
can be moved easily to any position in the
work-shop.

The
unit is suitable for inspecting standard CTC rollers
as well as 13" diameter Jumbo rollers.

Two
4-feet tube-lights are fitted inside the body
chamber and this throws up light between the two
rollers and by looking down from above, any flaw in
their sharpening can be easily detected.

Since
the rollers rest on ball bearings on either side,
they can be easily rotated to check the meshing of
the complete rollers.

By
means of a lead-screw, the adjustable bracket can be
moved to accommodate any size of CTC Rollers.

Provision
is also made for side-way adjustment by means of two
lead-screws and micro-dials for fine adjustment.

The
unit is supplied complete in all respects, with all
necessary electricals.
