STEEL BROOKE has broken all records of quality fermentation in the world market, well suited to adverse environmental conditions. TWINTEA with shorter length and wider width is a modified version of STEELBROOKE. Developed for fermentation process where adequate space is not available, critical parameters remaining unchanged. This high tech, high performence CFM machine has Endless Stainless Steel Band with triangular perforations, designed in line with special traction mechanism to ensure smooth and trouble free operation.

TWINTEA is provided with Stainless Steel Plenum Chambers to deliver humidified air drawn through forced draught fan, distributed uniformly in twin lines, by means of a centralised duct.
