         TRINICK SORTER CUM FIBRE EXTRACTOR

The need for final cleaning of teas from fibre at Sorting and Packing stage has been felt by all. After developing TRINICK SORTER on the simple idea given by Mr. J.M.Trinick, the Steelsworth Tea Processing Research Centre went a step ahead - and made a Fibre Extractor Attachment to be used with the Sorter

• A single deck with 5 Stainless Steel meshes

• Meshes available as per your requirement

• Easily changeable meshes to adjust to your seasonal needs

• 4 x 300 mm (12") PVC rollers running at very slow speed, eliminates falling and rubbing effect totally

• Ensures absolutely clean teas without loss of bloom

• Noiseless and steady operation

• Minimum foundation work required as the machine has inbuilt chassis

• One machine may sort about 400 kgs for smaller factories

• The full conveyor integrated system incorporating fibre extractors, hoppers and java tunnels are recommended for larger factories

• Requires only 1 H.P. as compared to over 3 H.P. required by conventional models
