| Arnott Sorter is used to Segregate Various size of stalk free orthodox tea with the help of vibratory wire mesh system. Vibratory motion of the system is communicated to different wire meshed trays through a double acting Crank arrangement and motor. |

| Operation |

| Stalk free Tea is fed to top Deck from an adjustable feed hopper and over sized tea particles move over the top of the wire mesh tray upto the collecting chute and smaller size particles pass on to next wire mesh tray for similar operation till all the tea particles traverse up to the last deck one after another. |

- Machine is supported on a heavy and sturdy MS structure
- Double acting crank shaft is mounted on heavy MS frame with robust bearing housing. pulley and fly wheel, suitable for motor drive.
- Connecting Rod is fitted with heavy duty bearing in one side and Anulon bush on other side for smooth & noise free operation.
- All wooden frame are made of high quality seasoned wood.
- wire mesh are made of high grade stainless steel of perfect hole size.
- wire mesh tensioning system to facilitate smooth flow of tea particle.
- Provided, facility to change inclination of Deck to control grade percentage upto certain level.
