PU-BEST - Poly Urethane high tensile woven belt with higher percentage openings (47%)allows more air through the macerated leaves and maintains the ideal condition required for proper oxidation (Fermentation).

DRIVE - Electronically controlled Variable Speed Drive ensures the total controls on changing parameters like adjustments of time based on frequent changes in ambient conditions. Unlike mechanical drives, which are very cumbersome and have limitations like timings set in batches, VSD system helps the operator to change and fix the time for any intervals, thus giving a wider control.

LOAD BEARING CAPACITY - The PU Belt suppporting arrangement ensures high load bearing capacity of 8-9 kgs/sq.ft. of macerated leaf (CTC or Orthodox).

FLEXIBILITY - The models have been designed to cater to both CTC & Orthodox type of manufacturing.

CONTROLLED FEED - The uniquely designed feed conveyor, with latest bed height controller as well as controlled speed of conveyor, ensure proper bed height, which in turn enhances the performances of the machine to desired fermentation label.

CENTRALIZED HUMIDIFICATION UNIT - The most votal factor of fermentation is ensuring proper and adequate supply of humidified air. Our system, provided with centrifugal blower & twin automizer with ducting arrengement, ensures all the parameters for proper fermentation as well as maintains the proper temperature graph required for fermentation.

SENSOR & SCANNER - This ensures proper monitoring of the fermentation process.

AIR DISTRIBUTION - The combination of aerodynamically designed Centrifugal Blower, Ducts & Plenum Chamber ensures uniform distribution of humidified air at +-97% RH throughout the bed at uniform and even fermentation.

HYGIENE - Self-cleaning easily removable brush cleans the PU Belt in the return circuit.

EASY INSPECTION - The machine height has been kept as low as 4'6" above ground level to ensure easy supervision and maintenance.

LOW MAINTENANCE COST - The simplicity in design ensures minimum requirement of spares and reduces the cost of inventory as well as the down timw required for breakedown.
