SUPERIOR TRACK & CHAIN COMPONENTS
STRAIGHT TRACK
 
Straight Track is manufactured from 35x35x5 mm angle section in standard lengths of 2 metres. There are connecting Track Brackets at both ends for bolting to brackets of adjoining track. Intermediate track brackets are also provided at spacing of 665 mm for further rigidity.

For enclosed Type Tracks, bolted inspection tracks are provided after every 15th track.
 
4 WHEEL CONVEYOR CHAIN ASSEMBLY
 
Comprises of 2 Nos. 30x4 mm plate Guide link and 2 Nos. 30x4 plate load link connected in between by means of 1’ solid square block having separate load axle and guide axle with 4 Nos. solid wheels.
 
TAKE UP (TENSIONING) UNIT SCREW/GRAVITY TYPE AUTOMATIC
 
For adjusting of chain tension in case of slackness, a pair of tensioning unit is provided. It is placed usually before and after a 180 degree bend and adjusts approx. 800 mm of chain slackness. It comprises of two short straight tracks connected on guide rods for gravity type and adjustable screw rods for screw type.
 
VERTICAL BENDS
 
Standard bends of 30, 45, 60, 90 degree and special angles are made from 35x35x5 mm angle sections. They are suitably reinforced with track brackets.
 
HORIZONTAL BENDS
 
Standard bends of 30, 45, 60, 90 degree and special angles, are made from 35x35x5 mm angle sections. They are duly stiffened to minimize deflection.
 
DRIVE UNIT
 
  • Usually of caterpillar type having 2-5 H.P. Motor connected by means of coupling to single stage underdriven gear box of suitable ratio.
  • The Drive Unit is mounted on top of the drive track with the dog chain pushing the conveyor chain. There is also a chain sprocket and dog chain arrangement.
  • The design is modular for ease of maintenance and operations.
