Fully automatic form fill and seal machine is operator friendly and a low maintenance machine. This machine is used for packing wide range of products in the form of powder, granules, liquids and paste etc. in LUP (low unit packs). This vertical form fill and seal machine can be customize to pack wide range of products such as Jam, Tea, Ketch-up, tobacco, pan masala, shampoo, ball bearing, sugar, SMP, namkeen etc. with the suitable dozing system. The machine is elegant, small and require single phase electrical supply and can be installed almost anywhere. All product contact parts of the machine are made up of food grade stainless steel - SS-304/SS-316.
The sophisticated photo registration control system can automatically adjust and correct the pouch repeat within variation range of + 1.5mm. The machine can be easily moved from one to another location as it is built on castor wheels.
The machine can be provided with various optional attachments (with an extra cost) like ink coding unit, batch cutting unit, positive unwinding unit and counter as per the customer’s requirement.

Fully automatic collar type form fill and seal machine is an intermittent motion machine designed for the efficient packing of the product in center seal pouches up to 1 kg.
The machine is controlled by PLC (programmable logic control) and has a MMI (man machine interface) with a digital display and keyboard, which makes this machine operator friendly.
This machine can be synchronized with the dozing system like gravimetric filling system and volumetric filling system like electronic load cell based weigh filling system, volumetric cup filling system, auger-filling system etc.
This machine is suitable for a wide range of heat seal able film as a packing material such as pet/poly or pet/met pet/poly and laminates with aluminum foil and BOPP etc.
The machine can also be provided with impulse sealing system for heat seal able non-laminated film. This machine is a versatile machine and change over of the parts for one pouch size to another can easily be done. All product contact parts are made up of food grade stainless steel SS-304/SS-316.
This machine has an automatic pouch length change system and can be adjusted from 65mm to 270mm.
The machine can be provided with various optional attachments (at an extra cost) like ink coding unit, hot foil coding unit, batch cutting unit and counter as per the customer’s requirement.
