rollers in an accurate manner so that no meshing problems
arise

Fitted
with oil-filled geared head stock, having spindle made out
of ALLOY STEEL, located on high precision imported heavy
duty bearings, preloaded for consistent true running

The
machine is capable of chasing circumferential grooves on
standard as well as 13 inch dia. larger size CTC rollers,
fitted with two microdials graduated in 0.001" - one
to control chaser depth of cut and the other for accurate
longitudinal movement of chaser for chasing
circumferential grooves on standard as well as 13"
inch dia. larger size CTC rollers.

Hardened
and ground worm spindle and centrifugally cast phosper
bronze worm wheel go into the manufacture of this machine,
to ensure long trouble-free service

The
machine is fitted with 4-jaw heavy duty independent chuck
and special leadscrew with centricast phosphor bronze nut
for back-lash-free movement of chaser with micro-dial
graduated in 0.001- to ensure accurate chasing of the
complete CTC roller.

The
machine is supplied complete with electric motor and
starter, coolant pump with tank, pipe connections and
fittings. It is only necessary to connect 380/420 volts
A.C supply to motors starter to make the machine operable.

The
machine is capable of grooving CTC roller upto 48° size.
