  • With a lower height, heavy pedestal and the shortest available span of any machine in the industry (only 110 cm), it is specially designed to increase sturdiness and prevent any vibrations.

  • All segment rollers are ultimately dynamically balanced. The conveyor rollers are also dynamically balanced for the longer life of the belt.
  • Low inclined height - rollers inclined to conveyor angles and parellel to conveyor make the machine spillage-free
  • Lower power consumption and a better power factor
  • Bearings, sperical roller are cylindrical roller are not to be removed from segment roller mandrel while taken for resharpening. This makes roller re-sharpening a quick and simple process.
  • Bearing with sliding arrangement get slack and develop vibration which fails under pressure. Hence bearings get damaged and this also effects chasing. There is no sliding movement of roller bearings in this machine
  • The split type housing is heavy and regid with a higher lode capacity for static and dynamic load.
  • The bearing housing is tailor-made to protect from water seepage, while washing
  • Moving covers specifically designed to prevent accumulation of dhool.
  • A specially designed adjustable conveyor roller bracket allow proper leaf fallback on roller.
  • 12° conveyor angle prevents leaf rollback on the conveyor
