2. Our Machine Shop comprises of a number of Machines as per details attached herewith.

From the above mentioned facts, you can very well assess yourself that the total components being made in-house can only ascertain the consistency of quality of any producers. Needless to mention that the CTC was innovated and designed by STEELSWORTH only, for the first time in India and we have been manufacturing the machines for last 55 years. Hence the total technical expertise is also being inherited and improved continuously by the present generation.

This setup is the LARGEST INTEGRATED TEA MACHINERY MANUFACTURING FACILITY WORLDWIDE.

1. b) FABRICATION & FITTING SHOP
We have vast fabrication shop with trained technicians and facilities for different types of welding.  We have 7 Nos. of welding generator and 5 Nos. of welding transformers.
 
1. c) FOUNDRY SHOP
We have a foundry shop which can take up castings of different types of materials. We have a oil fired rotary furnace of 1.5 MT capacity and oil fired crucible of 75 Kg. Capacity for non ferrous casting.
 
1. d) PATTERN MAKING
Our carpenters/pattern makers are capable of making any kind of pattern.
 
1. e) WOOD WORKING SHOP
We have our own wood working shop for sizing, shaping and finishing of timber.
 
1. f) SHOT BLASTING & PAINTING
Our shot blasting and painting shop is adequate to take up the jobs up to 24 mtr. Length with drying oven. All our manufactured machinery is finely painted before despatch.
 
1. g) SHEET BENDING & SHEARING
We also have sheet Bending & Shearing facility.
 
1. h) SHEAR BLADE SHARPENING FACILITY
We can take up sharpening of shear machine blades.
