The SPECTRUM
S-4001 Camera Sorter is the ideal Colour Sorting Machine for
cleaning stalks from tea.
It can sort both black tea as well as green tea at very high
throughput consistently without any variation in its
performance.
Using advanced high resolution line scan CCD Cameras, the tea
leaves are scanned at upto 2000 scans per second producting
data is compared with user preset parameters to reject stalks
using ultra fast pneumatic ejectors.
The S-4001 is fully computer controlled with automatic
calibration and self check producers.
